Well as our senoir members retire the company has, in my opinion has done a very good job filling in those vacancies. But as we all know knowledge is hard to replace, so let's make sure we do our part in bring these new members up to speed as soon as possible, it not only helps the new members it also takes some load off of us.
I would like to take the time to say hello to the new employees and stress the need for them to sign a union card and COPE.
